From Airport take train S7 till Wien Mitte/Landstraße. Than take Underground U4 till Station Schottenring. Then change to U2 till Stop Schottentor/University. From there change to the Tram no. 43 or 44 , 2 stops till station Alser Strasse/Langegasse

Yes, we have elevator. Unfortunately there is also one step in almost every room, only 2 our Apartments are without steps inside

Good
I recently stayed at Hotel Pension Excellence with my wife and two children and overall had a positive experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our early morning arrival. The room was clean and well-maintained.
However, we did not appreciate the parking garage as we had an SUV with a rooftop luggage carrier and it exceeded the parking height. We had to remove it before accessing the garage. The next morning, a hotel staff member assisted us in removing and reattaching the rooftop luggage carrier. Despite this inconvenience, we would still recommend this hotel.

Location of hotel - near tram station, near subway U2. The parking The curtains
Some lights in room didn't work, the lamps had no light bulbs.
